Moving Pictures

Took the little lady (my daughter in case you're confused) to the cinema today to see Ice Age 2.

Before I talk about that, lets talk about the massive poster for "The Da Vinci Code" thats up in the cinema.
It has the main people from the film on it. So we have Tom Hanks and his big head, some random woman, Jean Reno, Ian McKellen and..........holy crap its Emperor Palpatine!

Seriously its crazy.

Only decent traier that I saw "Over The Hedge". Film itself doesn't look that good but it has Steve Carrell AND William Shatner and possibly some other people. Maybe.

So Ice Age 2,

It was good, the animation very cartoony, but everything to do with water was SPOT ON. Really really good. Worth going to see it just for that.

It runs along the same idea as the first, I liked that one as well, so if you liked that one then you should go and enjoy the same stuff. Overall 7/10 (In case you wanna know first one 8/10)

Main point I would like to make.

I have been to the cinema with like minded fellows. One of the things that makes that so great is when you get a cameo that you weren't expecting not just you but your friends as well, all take a sudden sharp in take of breath.

But when watching Ice Age 2 I was the only one that did that when the awesome Will Arnet put his voice to a Vulture.

I have never felt so alone.
