We have the Evidence

Here we go, the pictures from the Sci-Fi day out.

Jecca looking stunning as always.

I bought her a bridesmaid dress for Xmas, and she *had* to wear it "in case the Dr was there".

I can see where this is going and I can see me having harsh words with Mr Tennant, err I mean the Dr.

But anyway, pictures to be found here

I was drunk and didn't win anything.

I took what was rightfully mine.

There were two things that I was temtped to steal from the sci-fi day.

1, Mals coat. (Mals freaking coat!)

2, The Marines body armour onto which he had painted Dr Zoidburg from Anthology of Interest 1 where he grows to Godzilla size and starts smashing up the city.

"Who's intimidating who now big city? AAAAAAAARRGHHHHHH"

Mal's coat...

I've gone quite geeked-out* about Firefly/Serenity lately. Got "Finding Serenity", a series of essays about the Firefly series (real good read too); "Serenity" the comic book (bridges the gap between the series and the film and lets you know the fate of the blue handed gents); "The Visual Companion" to the filum (concept art, Joss's history of the Alliance, actors talking about their characters); and yesterday I preordered the companion books (2 volumes).
Joss won't have Series-DVD sales to save him this time.

* Yes, GONE geeked-out. No sarcasm.

Well done that man.

I would like to borrow them once you have finished.

To poor and lazy to get them myself.

I have been spreading the love, by lending the series out to morons at work.

I have asked my mum if she thinks she can make me Mals coat.......its so pretty!

My my, you are but one step away from the ultimate low in geekdom, movie novelizations.

Actually scratch that, second lowest. Forgot (deliberately) about fanfiction.

*shivers*

On the stealing front, I once stole a metal street sign. It was about 4ft long I think. Didn't have to carry it far though.

Right, now I can get back to crying about missing this event.
